Bassike carves a refreshed brand identity with a collection that is a bold exploration of contrast. Australia’s preeminent B Corp Certified designer brand, Bassike is signalling a refined evolution for pre-collection ‘25.

The essence of Bassike since its inception in 2006 has always been about modern dressing for everyday life. In keeping with this, Creative Director, Deborah Sams has pushed her vision for the Australian staple wardrobe with a focus on upping the sophistication while maintaining the approachability.

“We felt it was more than the right time to refresh our identity. Our new visual direction is a reflection of us growing into ourselves as a brand which has endured, resonated and evolved over the years. Within the collections, we are staying true to Bassike’s handwriting while expanding the appeal for a modern, universal clientele” says Creative Director, Deborah Sams.

Pre-Collection ‘25 is a testament to this evolution. Styles and silhouettes are reimagined through how they are brought together on the body. Striking the balance between modernity and familiarity while fusing function with a distinct notion of luxury, Pre-Collection 25 brings a fresh perspective through a bold exploration of contrasts. Finding harmony in dualities and emphasising the brand’s affinity for balance through an interplay of opposites—strength meets softness, utility meets elegance. The result is a thoughtful yet effortless wardrobe striking the perfect equilibrium between ease and intention.

Championing versatility by reworking utilitarian fabrics in fresh, unexpected ways, Pre-Collection 25 is rooted in functionality. Gabardine—a tightly woven, trans-seasonal fabric typically reserved for outerwear—finds new life as tailored shorts and pants. Heavyweight cotton denim becomes the ultimate multitasker, and military-inspired camouflage strikes a balance between strength and rebellion. Every piece is designed with purpose, worn across occasions and moods to communicate the Bassike point of view and redefine what it means to dress with intent.
